Papercut is primarily supported through the LU Servicedesk.

If you are reporting an error, please try to include the following information (when possible).

  • The number of the printer. Can be found on the printer.
  • Where is the printer situated? House, room.
  • From what computer did you print? Name of the computer, if possible.
  • Your log in ID.
  • When did the problem occur?
  • Name of the document printed.
  • Some kind of description of the nature of the error. (quality of the print, obvious physical error on the printer, etc.).
